Before anything starts, you know what the tool will do, what it will not do, and how long it takes. If your need does not justify custom work, I say so rather than selling you a project.

Built with
Excel and VBA when the tool has to live inside a workbook everyone already opens. Google Apps Script when everything happens on Drive. The Claude API when there is text to process at volume: sorting open-ended feedback, summarising customer replies, drafting personalised messages from data.
